40-Foot Architectural Series EC40 Satin Flagpole

The 40-Foot Architectural Series EC40 Satin Flagpole helps showcase your flags magnificently. It towers 40 feet above the ground from its 44 feet total shaft length. It features an external halyard, ground set, tapered cone aluminum flagpole with diameters of 8 inches at the bottom and 3.5 inches at the top. This one-piece pole has a 0.188 aluminum wall thickness that can hold out against a maximum of 203 mph unflagged and 120 mph flagged wind speed ratings. It is best suitable to display flags with 8 feet by 12 feet size.

The Architectural Series EC40 Satin Flagpole offers a standard satin-brushed finish and is also available in anodized clear, black, or bronze coating but with an additional cost. While all of the aluminum flagpoles entail low maintenance to retain their natural satin appearance, the anodized flagpoles offer an even better solution. The satin-brushed finished flagpoles will generally keep clean with the rainfall in most areas, however, because the exterior of the flagpole is aluminum, it will continue to oxidize throughout its lifetime. Special cleaning agents may be necessary to remove the discoloration caused by oxidation. The anodized flagpoles, on one hand, do not encounter this problem since they create a barrier on the external surface of the aluminum flagpole to remove the oxidation process. With this excellent coating, the aluminum is not exposed to the elements and it cannot oxidize. The anodized finishes allow you to clean your flagpole with simple soap and water. For this reason, we recommend the purchase of an anodized finish on all of our flagpoles.

Flagpole with sizes up to 35 feet are shipped as one-piece poles, while those with sizes above 35 feet are shipped in sections and fitted with a self-aligning sleeve that will not require field welding.
