A captivatingly intricate blend to satisfy the palate is an infusion of this Night of the Iguana Chocolate Loose Chai Tea Leaf. This tea coined its name from the box-office play of the American playwright Tennessee Williams. Its complex flavor comes from the delicious ingredients brewed from full-bodied Assam tea leaf, white chocolate bits, caramel, spices from India's Malabar Coast, and other natural ingredients. The spicy character of this tea emerges from the inclusion of ginger, cardamom, coriander, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and black and white pepper into the tea blend. Make an excellent brewed cup by rolling newly-draw water into a boil. Put a teaspoonful of tea for each cup into a teapot, then pour the boiling water over the leaves. Steep the leaves for at least seven minutes to let the chai taste come out from the infusion. Set your cup up by putting two teaspoons of sugar and pouring milk for about 20% of the cup's volume.
