This excellent standard fit PVC flagpole foundation sleeve perfectly fits the 3-inch to 3.5-inch diameter poles. This foundation sleeve measures 24 inches long and requires wood wedges and sand to install it durably with the flagpole. Use this PVC sleeve in your ground set installation to provide sturdy support that surely goes impeccably well with smaller residential and commercial flagpole presentations. But a PVC foundation sleeve is not recommended to carry taller flagpoles with a length of 35 inches and flies oversized or multiple flag expressions. It cannot accept poles having bigger wall thicknesses and are installed in windy areas.
