Solaire's Infrared technology is amazing to cook with, if you've never cooked with an infrared grill before you are in for a treat. The Anywhere grill heats to ready in just three minutes and cooks food to perfection in half the time of traditional gas grills! The amazing part is that it operates on a simple one pound cylinder and can be connected to a standard 20 lb cylinder with a propane tank adapter (sold separately). This versatile unit can also be used with natural gas.

The Solaire Anywhere Grill features 155 sq inches of grilling space which is enough for 4 nice sized burgers. A quick starting push button electric ignition system makes for an easy start up. Its infrared burner pops out easily for cleaning and service, and is cooled to pack up and go within 15 minutes of shutting down. Now that's convenient!

Editors Note: I have personally used the non marine grade version of this grill for 2 years and have cooked everything from burgers and steaks to shish kabobs and Mahi-mahi (with the intense heat you can cook Mahi-mahi to perfection in about 3 mins flat). This grill truly is amazing, I have never cooked with a small portable grill that heats up this fast and cooks so well. A family of 4 can have burgers ready to eat while sitting right on the beach in about 10min, I have done this on many occasion and the hardest part is shooing away the vultures drooling over your food as they walk by. I get comments on this grill everywhere I take it and I give it my highest recommendation.
