Style FC11 is the most common style of flash collar manufactured to exacting specifications out of spun aluminum (.080" Thickness) for durability and long lifespan. This collar provides the perfect finishing touch for ground set and shoe base flagpole installations. I.D. is approximately 1/8" wider than butt diameter.
