It is a true fit for a 3.5-inch outside top diameter flagpole with a female fitting installed and accepts a maximum of a 5/16-inch halyard diameter. A flagpole ornament can be placed on top of this truck through a 0.5-inch threaded spindle and is secured to it with a stainless steel set crew.
